One connected journey

From a shared idea to individual help.

01

Share your approach

Create a public profile with a short introduction and several stacks. People can explore your ingredients and thinking before signing up.

02

Make it personal

Accept a connection request and talk privately. Clients can choose specific blood readings to share, without opening their whole health record.

03

Propose a next step

Send a custom stack with suggested doses, timing and reasons. Your client reviews it, saves their own copy and chooses when to schedule it.

A clear place for each conversation

Your help, with the right context.

Messages, stack proposals and shared results sit together in each connection. Fleming is a separate AI conversation, ready to help clients understand and adapt their own routine.

  • Every proposal is theirs to reviewAccepting creates an independent stack in Set aside. Scheduling is a separate choice.

Before you start.

Who is this for?

Coaches helping people organise supplement routines, practitioners working within their scope, and creators sharing their approach. Profiles are self-described; Whatstack does not verify clinical qualifications.

Can I share stacks without coaching?

Yes. Publish the stacks you want people to explore. Choose whether to accept connection requests on your profile. Your other stacks stay private.

Do clients need to share blood tests?

No. Start with a conversation about their goals. They can choose to share specific saved readings later, and can revoke access.

What happens when we disconnect?

Either person can end the connection. The conversation closes and messages remain readable. Access to shared result snapshots ends; accepted stacks remain independent copies.

What is included today?

Public profiles, multiple stack templates, private conversations, custom stack proposals and selected result sharing. Payments, appointments, email or push alerts, and food or exercise programming are not included.
