From a routine to a review

Is your stack
helping you?

Start with what you can measure. Compare your blood results, see how they relate to your current goal, and understand what the evidence can actually tell you.

Interactive example · fictional results

Closer to the current target.

160 → 125 mg/dL. A fictional triglyceride result moved closer to a fictional personal target of 120. That does not tell us which change caused it.

Choose one result

Open a saved stack and choose the marker you want to track. Add your actual start date if you know it.

See the change in context

Compare dated readings and your current target. Expand recorded routine history to see its coverage and gaps.

Decide one next step

Ask Fleming for a short explanation, or prepare a message to discuss your next step. Your plan changes only through actions you review.

A moment to reflect

A weekly review. One useful next step.

Today brings together what you saved during the week. Open your review, then ask Fleming to connect it with your results, goals and routine. Pause the suggestion or come back in seven days; your preference follows your account.

In-app only. Fleming’s explanation runs when you request it. No automatic emails or treatment changes.

Better questions, not false certainty.

Blood results can change for many reasons. A before-and-after comparison cannot prove that a supplement, peptide or stack caused the change. Missing logs do not prove missed doses, and an incomplete history stays visibly incomplete.
