The short version: Whatstack is an educational reference and a personal tracking tool. It is not medical advice, and your health decisions remain yours.

What Whatstack is
Whatstack is an educational reference and a personal tracking tool for supplements, peptides, bloodwork and daily protocols. Doses, calculators, schedules, guides and protocols are for information only.
It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment or a prescription. Using Whatstack does not create a doctor–patient relationship with anyone.
Regulatory status
Many compounds covered here — including most peptides — are not approved by the FDA (or your local regulator) for the uses discussed, and some are investigational or research-only. Regulatory status varies by country.
Compounds are referenced for educational purposes and are not a recommendation for human use. You are responsible for verifying legality and approval status in your own jurisdiction.
Whatstack does not sell compounds and takes no commission on anything you buy elsewhere.
Talk to a professional
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before you start, change or stop anything — particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication.
If you think you may be having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services. Do not rely on this app.
Your account
You need an account to save stacks, schedules, logs and lab results. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from within the app. See the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- present Whatstack’s content as medical advice to others;
- scrape or bulk-copy the reference to republish it;
- attempt to access other users’ data, or probe the service for weaknesses without asking first;
- use the assistant to generate content that harms someone.
If you find a security issue, we’d genuinely like to hear from you: wellness@whatstack.com.
The assistant
The AI assistant produces general, educational information and can be wrong. Confirm anything that matters with a professional. It proposes changes to your account rather than making them — nothing is written until you confirm it.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep the reference accurate and to show the strength of evidence honestly, including when it’s weak. Even so, content may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and evidence changes. Nothing here is a guarantee of any outcome.
No warranty, and limits
Whatstack is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the service or from decisions you make based on it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
Whatstack is operated from the United States. These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the service, are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the last substantive change, and material changes will be surfaced in the app.
