Your approach, shared

Share your stack.
Let others make it theirs.

Give the routines you want to share a home of their own. One profile, several stacks, and a clear starting point for someone else.

01

Choose what to share

Pick the ingredients and write a public introduction. Your private notes, health record and personal doses stay out.

02

Make it easy to explore

Your page explains your approach and links each ingredient to Whatstack’s reference library.

03

Keep the copy personal

Visitors save an independent draft, choose what matters to them and prepare an editable message for Fleming. Nothing starts on their schedule automatically.

Public templates. Private routines.

Keep some stacks for yourself and share others. Unpublish at any time. People who already saved a private copy keep it; edits to your template never silently change their routine.

Shared stacks are educational starting points, not personalised medical recommendations. This first release shares ingredients and an introduction, without doses or schedules.

Help people with your expertise?

Show your approach, accept private connection requests and propose a custom stack. The recipient reviews the ingredients, suggested doses and timing before saving their own copy.
