KLOW

Blend — Skin, gut & healing

GLOW plus KPV. Adds a potent anti-inflammatory to the skin-and-healing blend, aimed at gut inflammation as well as tissue.

KLOW is GLOW with KPV added — the anti-inflammatory fragment that calms the immune signalling behind gut and skin flares. The logic is that repair works better when inflammation isn't fighting it, so this is the version people reach for when there's an inflammatory component rather than a straightforward injury. Four peptides in one vial, so it's also the least flexible to dose.

Dose
Dosed as a single draw — the ratio is fixed by the vial (10 / 50 / 10 / 10 mg), so you scale all 4 components together. Use the dose calculator to convert your target to units.
Reconstitute
10 / 50 / 10 / 10 mg vial + 3 mL bacteriostatic water. 10 units on a U-100 syringe = 333 mcg KPV + 1.67 mg GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide) + 333 mcg BPC-157 + 333 mcg TB-500. Other dilutions the calculator supports: 3, 5 mL.
Schedule
Daily for 4–8 weeks. Can run continuously for chronic GI issues, though that's beyond most usage patterns.
Half-life
KPV hours; GHK-Cu hours; BPC-157 ~4 hours; TB-500 ~2–3 days.
Timing
With meals if the target is gut; otherwise anytime, pre-bed being the common choice.
Risks
Inherits all four. KPV itself is clean; the caveats come from GHK-Cu (copper) and TB-500 (theoretical cancer concern). With four peptides in one vial you cannot drop one without dropping all.
Pairs withKPV + GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide) + BPC-157 + TB-500. Oral KPV capsules for a gut-localised effect alongside the injectable.
