CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin / GHRP-2
Blend — Growth hormoneThe triple GH pulse. CJC-1295, Ipamorelin and GHRP-2 — a bigger release than the standard two-peptide blend.
Adds GHRP-2 to the standard CJC/Ipa pairing for a stronger pulse. GHRP-2 is the older, blunter ghrelin agonist: it releases more GH but brings back exactly what Ipamorelin was chosen to avoid — appetite stimulation and some cortisol and prolactin activity. That trade is the whole decision here, and it's the reason this isn't the default.
- Dose
- Dosed as a single draw — the ratio is fixed by the vial (5 / 5 / 5 mg), so you scale all 3 components together. Use the dose calculator to convert your target to units.
- Reconstitute
- 5 / 5 / 5 mg vial + 2 mL bacteriostatic water. 10 units on a U-100 syringe = 250 mcg CJC-1295 No DAC (Mod-GRF 1-29) + 250 mcg Ipamorelin + 250 mcg GHRP-2. Other dilutions the calculator supports: 2, 3 mL.
- Schedule
- 5 nights on / 2 off, 8–12 week cycles — shorter than the two-peptide blends.
- Half-life
- CJC-1295 no-DAC ~30 minutes; Ipamorelin ~2 hours; GHRP-2 ~15–60 minutes.
- Timing
- Pre-bed fasted. Keep ≥2 hours clear of food.
- Risks
- GHRP-2 brings mild prolactin and cortisol activity and noticeable appetite stimulation. Worth monitoring IGF-1, and prolactin if symptoms appear.
Pairs withCJC-1295 No DAC (Mod-GRF 1-29) + Ipamorelin + GHRP-2. Redundant alongside any other GHRP. Drop back to CJC/Ipa if hunger or cortisol becomes the problem.
