BPC-157 / TB-500

Blend — Healing

The standard injury-repair blend. BPC-157 and TB-500 in one vial — the pairing most people run after a tear, strain or surgery.

Two soft-tissue healers that are almost always run together, pre-mixed so it's one shot instead of two. BPC-157 does the local repair work — gut, tendon, ligament — while TB-500 acts more systemically on cell migration and new tissue. Buying them blended saves a syringe and a vial, at the cost of not being able to change one dose without changing the other.

Dose
Dosed as a single draw — the ratio is fixed by the vial (10 / 10 mg), so you scale all 2 components together. Use the dose calculator to convert your target to units. Vials also come as 5 / 5 mg, 10 / 10 mg.
Reconstitute
10 / 10 mg vial + 2 mL bacteriostatic water. 10 units on a U-100 syringe = 500 mcg BPC-157 + 500 mcg TB-500. Other dilutions the calculator supports: 1, 2, 3, 5 mL.
Schedule
Daily for 4–8 weeks as an injury course, then off. TB-500's long half-life means the blend still works on a 5-on/2-off pattern.
Half-life
BPC-157 ~4 hours; TB-500 ~2–3 days. The blend inherits both, so levels stay steady between shots.
Timing
Anytime, no food restriction. Pre-bed is common — some report mild fatigue from the TB-500 half.
Risks
Inherits both components: generally benign, occasional local irritation or short-term fatigue. TB-500's cell-migration mechanism carries a theoretical concern with active or untreated cancers. Human data on both is limited.
Pairs withBPC-157 + TB-500. Often run alongside collagen peptides and vitamin C for connective tissue. GHK-Cu turns this into GLOW.
