A wild-harvested male pollen rich in plant phytoandrogens. Traditional Chinese tonic with anecdotal testosterone-supporting reputation; clinical evidence thin.

Pine pollen from species like Pinus massoniana and P. tabuliformis has been used in TCM as a vitality tonic for centuries. Notable in supplement culture for containing measurable amounts of phyto-testosterone, DHEA, and androstenedione — plant-source bioidentical androgens. Anecdotal reports support modest hormonal effects in men; clinical evidence is sparse. Also delivers a broad nutrient profile (amino acids, B vitamins, trace minerals). Cracked cell wall is critical for absorption.
